FYI: After signing up/volunteering for your selected slots, you will have to click "Next" prior to being able to offer details for all the slots you signed up/volunteered for i.e. my family of 5 are coming and I plan to bring 20 hot dogs. It is a little different than sign up genius that lets you add comments as you go. Here, you sign up, and then you affer comments after.
Who is ready for the new Scouting year?!!!
I know I am!!! I am sooooo excited for the new Scouting Year and all that it will bring. We are going to have the greatest year in Scouting.... EVER!! To kick the year off only as Pack 1280 can do it, we will be having a BBQ this August, Sunday August 25th from 11 AM to 2PM. Lunch will begin at 12PM and will consist of Burgers, Hot Dogs, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Juice, water, soda, and Fruit!
On Sunday August 25th, from 11:30-2:30, Scouting Families and their friends (interested scouts) are cordially invited to an end of Summer gathering @ Potomac Woods Park/Playground. Come and meet the Den Leaders, Cub Master, Committe Chairs, NOVA coordinator and other members of the Pack as we celebrate summer and the formal beginning of the Scouting Year!!! Please sign up to indicate you will be attending and volunteer to bring something to ensure we have the greatest celebration in the history of Scouting. There will be music, games, and even prizes! All food items should be there by 11:15 so they can be served @ 12.
You can choose to sign up for multiple slots should you wish. The numbers next to the slot are amount of volunteers we are hoping to secure for each item. Please indicate in the notes the quantity of the items you plan to bring.
