Volunteer Hours Opportunities (2024-2025)

As a member of the Avon Early Childhood PTA, we encourage you to participate in community service and/or volunteer hours, when you can.  There is not a specific mandated requirement, but we do keep track of the hours performed and get credit with the Ohio PTA for the total hours our group performs, in the spirit of giving back!  Things that count throughout the year include working at a table at an event, setting up or tearing down after an event, donating items requested for a fundraiser, donating items for a bake sale, delivering signs or items throughout the city, preparing a meal for a member in need (medical leave, etc.) attending board meetings if you are an officer, etc.  This year, we are going to try listing all of the volunteer opportunities under this one signup link in our cheddarup group page, to help you find everything in one place, and to help us track hours/tasks completed!
