Staff Application for Day in the Dirt

Day in the Dirt - April 25, 2020‎

Cadette Girl Scouts

Grades 6-8 needed as staff

If you want to work with younger girls, now is your chance to show your leadership skills and inspire our young impressionable Daisies and Brownies.‎

You will develop your organizational skills by planning the theme and activities for this event.‎

You will learn how to collaborate and integrate your chosen theme and activities to existing skill badges or journey or simply just bring on the fun.‎

Day in the Dirt planning meetings will be on Mondays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm‎

Niles Veterans Hall‎

37154 2nd St.‎

Fremont, CA‎

Cost: $20/Cadette (Sorry no refund)‎

Fees includes t-shirt and event day snack and lunch.‎

To staff Day in the Dirt Staff is a commitment and we expect you to make every planning meetings and be there on the day of the event April 25, 2020‎

January 6, 2019 - Submission of all required forms and 1st planning meeting.‎

No additional staff will be accepted after first meeting.‎

Following planning meetings are on Mondays‎

January 13…..February 3 and 17….. March 2, 16 and 30…..April 20

The last meeting -** April 20, 2020 is mandatory**.‎

We also need registered, screened adults who have a few hours to help either during the planning meetings or on the day of event. Following help needed from adults:‎

· First Aider‎

· Photographer‎

· 2 Adults to help during registration on day of event‎

· 2 Adults to help on the day of the event‎

Please take note that Day In The Dirt staff meetings are planning meetings, not training for C3 (Coyote Hills Camp Counselor) If interested in becoming C3, training is in March 7, 2020‎
