First, please download/read the Dance Program Policies.
Next, select Regular or Competition, then enter the information on the form when prompted. You can do one transaction for all dancers, however, each dancer needs to have the form filled out, so one dancer per item.
Finally, digitally sign before checkout that you agree with the program polices.
