Each Ticket includes:
- Admission to the meetup (6 PM) Fun mingling time with Syouwa 80's Summer Jpop as BGM♪
- The "Dharma Talk ~Teachings of Buddha~" by Eijiro (7 PM)
- Film screening : Acclaimed Japanese ghost film 『The Ghost of Yotsuya 東海道四谷怪談』**(NR-13) directed by Nobuo Nobukawa (8 PM) with a mini-pretheater talk about historical backround of the film.
Make sure to choose the "Ticket Only" option if you are an AJC member. Verified AJC members will receive FREE Japanese snacks -- rare to find in the US. ** About the film :The Ghost of Yotsuya (Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan 東海道四谷怪談) is a 1959 film directed by Nobuo Nakagawa. It's a famous Japanese ghost story about a woman named Oiwa who is betrayed and poisoned by her husband, Iemon. After her death, she returns as a ghost to haunt him.
- Significance: This 1959 film is considered the best adaptation of the Yotsuya Kaidan story.
- Rating: The film is not rated by MPAA. However, viewer discretion is strongly advised.
- Performance: Katsuko Wakasugi as Oiwa delivers a haunting performance.
- Visuals: The film is known for its eerie atmosphere and striking visuals.
- Legacy: It's a classic in Japanese horror cinema and has influenced many later horror films
- Japanese(original language) with English subtitle

チケット料金 : こちらは、AJCミートアップ＆Talk , 映画のチケットです。

- 映画『東海道四谷怪談』** 上映（午後8時）with mini pre-theather トーク、日本のお化けといえば、本作品のヒロイン、”お岩さん”ですね。歴史的バックグランドなどの解説付き。
AJC会員の方は、必ず「チケットのみ」をお選びください。AJC会員であることが確認された方には、アメリカでは珍しい日本のお菓子を無料で差し上げます。
また、「おつまみスナック付きチケット」を選択の場合、早割価格でおつまみを追加することができます。おつまみは在庫がある限り、当日でもご購入いただけます。

**『東海道四谷怪談』について： 1959年、中川信夫監督作品。日本で最もよく知られたお化け話の四谷怪談のオリジナルは、鶴屋南北が歌舞伎の為に筆しました。後にこの作品は最も映画化される怪談の題材に。その中でも、中川信夫監督による1959年版は、四谷怪談映画の最高傑作と言われ、映画コアファン最強おススメ作品です。本作品は、公式に米映画協会からの指定区分を受けていません。が、場面的に、暴力などなどのシーンも多々あるので、お子様向けではございません。保護者の方のご判断にお任せいたしますのが、当会は責任を持ちかねること、ご了承くださいませ。
