Homemade Tomato Bisque Soup
Beef Wellington- Seasoned beef tenderloin topped with duxelle then wrapped in puff pastry and bake to a golden brown and served with a mushroom wine sauce
Chicken Florentine- Lightly breaded boneless chicken breast, topped with creamed spinach, Fontina cheese and baked
" Potato Gratin with sundried tomato, fontina cheese and thyme"- thinly sliced layers of potatoes, tomato, and cheese baked to perfection
"Gourmet Glazed Carrots with butter and maple syrup"
"Michael's Salad- Mixed Salad Greens, layered with fruit, shredded white cheddar cheese, almonds and homemade honey raspberry dressing"
