Being a member does not mean you have to volunteer. It simply means that you are donating to the CMPTO general fund to help run the many family events we host throughout the school year to encourage peer socialization and belonging.
**Membership Fee:**
口individual @ $10 or 口Family @ $20
**Two Ways to Join:**
Fill out the online form and submit your payment online (there is a convenience fee for Cheddar Up)
Download the PTO Membership form. Send the form and payment by cash or check (payable to "CMPTO") to school with your child or mail it to 511 Main Street, Center Moriches, NY 11934.
Join now and you will have a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to Instyle Barber and Beauty. Drawing will be made on August 31, 2023. Perfect for back to school haircuts!
Join by October 28th, 2023 for a chance to win a Coleman Inflatable Hot Tub. Need not be present to win, drawing at PTO Trunk or Treat. Extra raffle tickets $5.
