We are so happy you have decided to make a contribution to the Williamsburg PTO. Where exactly does this money go, you ask?
In 2021, the PTO supplemented the District funds and donated over $6000 to have water bottle filling stations in 5 of the 6 wings of the school
The roller skating PE unit returned and was fully covered by the PTO in 2023 and 2024- a $4,000 expense that in the past was paid for by each and every student
Field trips costs for the entire school were covered 100% at a cost of $4,400 in 2022/2023/2024
In addition, the PTO helps to fund assemblies, student support services, and events like Trunk or Treat, Grandparent's Day, and the Block Party. Money is also used to supplement classroom needs, art supplies, and even the LMC! The more money that is donated through contributions, the less fundraising has to be done during the year so that we can provide all the elementary enrichment that makes Williamsburg so special!
