On behalf of the Indian Hills High School PTSO, we are reaching out to request your support through a monetary donation for our upcoming Project Graduation, scheduled for Monday, June 23rd, 2025. This event is a cherished tradition and a significant highlight for our students as they celebrate graduation. Project Graduation is a nationwide initiative aimed at providing a safe and enjoyable environment, free from alcohol and drugs, for students to commemorate this important milestone in their lives. For over 35 years, the IHHS parents have dedicated their efforts to organizing and hosting this event, and it has been instrumental in ensuring a safe post-graduation experience for our students, with no post-graduation fatalities within our community since the inception of Project Graduation.
The evening of Project Graduation will be filled with engaging activities including food, games, photo booth, DJ, and dancing, and much more providing a memorable and enjoyable experience for all attendees. To ensure that the event is truly accessible to all students, regardless of financial circumstances, we aim to minimize costs and provide entry for those facing financial hardship. Your financial contribution would play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal and ensure that all students, regardless of their financial situation, can participate in this meaningful celebration.
As a token of our appreciation for your support, we would be delighted to acknowledge your contribution at the event and on our Facebook page, unless you prefer otherwise. Additionally, we will provide you with a donation receipt letter, including the PTO's tax-exempt ID number, for your records.
