All pencil pouch orders will be fulfilled by the school office.
A printed form, below, must be completed for EACH order (a form for each student) no matter which form of payment you choose.
If you prefer to pay via cash or paper check, DO NOT complete your order online. Print the attached order form below and follow the directions on the form.
For credit/debit card or e-check payment, please complete your order online AND print/complete the form found below for EACH pouch ordered. Once your online order is complete, you will print the receipt and attach it to the completed form and submit it to your homeroom teacher and the school office will fulfill the order.
