Basketball and Cheer
Oak Farm students can participate in sports starting in the 5th grade through the 8th grade level. All sports offered are co-ed.
*Please click through to complete registration and forms. All athletic forms are good for ONE calendar year. If your son/daughter has already played a sport at Oak Farm Montessori this calendar year, and has his/her paperwork on file, you do not need to re-submit them. If you do not have a IHSAA Physical Form on file for for the current year, you will need one before he/she can begin practicing.
