New Member Application

Welcome to the Maidens in Pink Stilettos application for membership!
We are accepting applications for the 2025-2026 season!
Our membership year is April 1 - March 31. We begin reviewing applications for the upcoming year in early March and close them in early October.

A few details before you begin:• All applicants must be 21 years of age.
• All applicants must have two sponsors that are current active members.
If you do not have a sponsor, please complete the  Membership Interest Form  and the Membership Officer will contact you. Please also check our website for upcoming open socials - we would love to meet you!• Annual dues are $600; $300 is due at the time of application or you may pay in full. Details on deadlines and late fees are provided in the Constitution and By-Laws. If not paying the full amount, you must sign a promissory note.
• Once the application and dues (and promissory note, if applicable) are received, your application will be presented to the general membership. A member of our organization will notify you of the outcome. At that time, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline membership for the year. If accepted, your payment will be deposited; if declined, your payment will be returned.
• You may pay by debit/credit card, eCheck, or indicate that you will send Cash or Check. Note that there are fees associated: eCheck - 95 cents for any amount, Cards - 3.59% of total + 95 cents, Cash or Check - no fees (you are responsible for ensuring payment is received - by completing the transaction here you are indicating that you intend to pay and will complete the promissory note electronically).
