Who We Are
MOPS and MOMSNext at CtK is a beautiful tribe of mamas who gather together every 2nd and 4th Friday from September-May. We gather together to encourage and equip moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with Christ the King Church, Charlotte.
What To Expect
Each meeting includes a breakfast buffet, a video or guest speaker, small group discussion time, a craft and lots of laughter and love.
Say Yes 2023-2024
Have you ever gotten to the end of the week, a month or year and thought, “How did I get here? Where has the time gone?“ It happens in our parenting, friendships, marriage and work – we get caught up in the urgent demands of the day-to-day, and then years go by, and we realize we haven’t been making the small choices that will get us where we actually want to be. So this is the year to make some moves.
Say "Yes."
It’s amazing how one little word can change your life. But too often, our 'yeses' are reserved for default decisions we aren’t even intentionally making or the stuff we feel obliged to do. What if we start saying 'yes' to the most important thing? Yes, to parenting on purpose. Yes, to significant challenges and out-of-your-comfort-zone opportunities. Yes, to your marriage. Invitations to connect with others? Yes, please. Saying yes opens us up to new ways of thinking and helps cultivate a growth mindset.
To clarify, we’re not talking about people-pleasing or over-extending yourself. In fact, it’s the opposite. Developing a 'yes' mindset is living intentionally, focused on your goals for yourself and your family. It’s about listening to God still, small voice, and doing the brave things, rather than the easy things.

**Registration Costs Spring 2024 (April - May)**
- CtK MOPs Dues - $17
- MOPs International Dues - $35 (Valid 1 full year)
- MOPs Kids Registration - $25/Child
MOPs Dues at CtK are $50/mama for the year, September - May ($10/mama for the 3 meet ups April - May). This helps to cover the cost of crafts and activities we do during our meet ups.
There is also a $35/mama cost for MOPs International membership. This is not an optional fee. As a MOPS group, we are charged with ensuring the membership of all our members. This includes a quarterly print Magazine and all the membership resources. If you joined MOPs in the Spring, your membership is still valid through Spring 2024. You will not need to renew it until that time.
Childcare is available for children 3 months - 5 years old. We have an amazing team of MOPs Kids Workers! MOPs Kids Registration is $75/child. ($15/child to cover the 3 meet ups April - May). This helps to cover the cost of paying our MOPs Kids Workers as well as purchasing snacks and crafts for your kiddos over the course of the MOPs Meet Ups.
