Purchase any listed item below or mail a check to Mt. Lebanon Foundation for Education, 7 Horsman Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15228. Checks should be made payable to MLFE. If you are interested in mailing a check for a Tribute Gift, please fill out the form  here , print, and mail it with the check.
