Note: If you're eager to be an active member of the Foundation in 2024 but are facing financial constraints, please request an exemption from the annual dues by reaching out to our Treasurer, Jen Swanson gardnr@comcast.net
If paying by cash or check, please mail or drop off at the Extension Office: 304 Cowlitz Way, Kelso, WA,98626. Please place in an envelope with your name and the note "Foundation Dues.," and place it in the secure lockbox behind the door at the Plant and Insect Clinic.
There are two required questions that must be answered to complete the process--
1. You must choose to opt-in or opt-out of receiving emails from the Foundation
2. You must agree to support the goals and purpose of the Foundation.
You will also be asked for your address and phone number.
Electronic Notice Information
By electing to receive Foundation notices and communications electronically via email you are saving the Foundation valuable dollars in printing and mailing costs that can instead be used towards our mission.
Pursuant to RCW 24.03A.015 (Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act), if the Master Gardener Foundation is unable to electronically transmit two consecutive notices and this inability becomes known to the Board of Directors, you are implicitly revoking your consent to receive electronic notice. Your signature on the membership form indicates that you acknowledge that the inadvertent failure by the Foundation to reach you does not invalidate any meeting or other action.
Your signature on the membership form also indicates that you agree that it is your responsibility to configure your electronic mail clients so that such communications are not intercepted by a spam filter.
This agreement to receive electronic notification can be rescinded by written request at any time.
