Being a Panther Partner does not only benefit the students of Lopez Middle School, but is mutually beneficial to your business. Sponsorship is a fantastic way to gain exposure from a diverse and expansive audience of families surrounding the Lopez Middle School campus in the heart of Stone Oak! The campus is host to numerous academic and athletic events, and thousands of visitors throughout the school year and summer. Lopez PTA has an active audience on our website and on social media, where we proudly acknowledge our Panther Partners. Because we are designated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, your donations and sponsorship are also tax deductible.
Funds received prior to October 7, 2024 through our Panther Partnership Program will be utilized to help underwrite our largest PTA event of the year--Pantherama! The community-wide event is held on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Lopez Middle School. It is an evening full of food trucks, booths from various student clubs, music from a DJ, inflatables, field activities, and more! This event is the primary fundraiser of the year for Lopez PTA and helps to support Lopez Middle School's cutting edge student programs, STEM education opportunities, academic software used for classroom instruction, electronic devices used by students in classrooms, and campus improvement and safety initiatives. However, our sponsorship opportunities run year-round, and we welcome new partnerships throughout the school year and will adjust sponsorship timelines accordingly.
We have many other opportunities available throughout the school year to support the Panther community: Donations of food, beverages, and fun giveaways for events such as staff appreciation, 8th Grade Promotion party, parent involvement events, charitable drives for Nimitz Middle School through our Partners in PTA program, support of our physical and mental health initiatives, goodies for school dances, and more!
