Please complete the order form below so that we can have your items ready on the next shipment!
Orders may take up to 4 weeks from due date. Due to limited supply, we will not be able to offer REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. If your student is between a size, please order a size bigger to allow for growth. Hoodies should be ordered one size larger than t-shirt size. Please be sure to look at the style and size guide on each item before completing your purchase.
Service fee will be added for online CREDIT CARD orders. Payments of CASH or CHECKS must be submitted by FRIDAY, AUGUST 30 at the ATTENDANCE OFFICE in our Kennedy PTSA Mailbox. Please make checks payable to: Kennedy PTSA. All sales are final.
