Band Registration Day ON YOUR OWN!

Usually, band students and their designated adult spend a few hours on campus, moving through stations and turning in a stack of paperwork for a variety of band program requirements. This year, we have created a no touch, no paper, credit card payment Band Registration ON YOUR OWN!
The link will be open from now until Wednesday, October 7th, 11:59 pm.
Here is your to-do list:
**1. Join KHS Band Boosters! **Joining KHS Marching Band Boosters financially supports the band program and helps keep our program one of the top in the nation. The Band Boosters membership and fundraising dollars directly impact the quality of our marching program through providing technical and musical resources. With the decrease in KISD band fees for 2020-2021, the need for booster financial support increases. Becoming a member of the KHS Band Boosters does not obligate you to volunteer, but you are welcome to do so as opportunities become available! The KHS Band Boosters leadership and the band directors work together to use the funds to support the students in the program. Each level of support has some band swag to thank you for supporting the program. With your membership, you can also add extra car stickers, magnets, or buttons to your cart.
**2. Consider A Family Patron Sponsorship **Family Patron & Business Sponsorships help to cover the large financial gap between band fees and the full cost of our annual expenses, providing 15% of our band’s operating budget. Your partnership makes an immediate impact on our band students, directors, and creative team and ensures access to the necessary resources for a successful season. On behalf of the band students and staff, we thank you for your support!
NEXT: Click on the "Continue to Forms" link on the bottom right of the screen for necessary forms and to complete the KHS Band program requirements. After each Band Form, come back to this platform to complete the process.
**3. Complete KHS Band Medical Information Form ***Data is available to Band Directors, only*
**4. Complete KHS Band Uniform Agreement **New This Year** **(Requires Parent and Student Signatures)
**5. Complete KHS Band Required Documents **(including Band Handbook, KISD Extracurricular Activity Code of Conduct, UIL Acknowledgement Form; Requires Parent and Student Signatures)
6. Check Out! Pay online!
Here's some fine print: When you get to the payment screen, you will have the option to pay the associated credit card fees at a rate of 3.5% + .45 per transaction. If you pay by echeck, it's a flat rate of 0.45.  You are also welcome to mail a check to the Band Boosters P.O. Box 1573. Keller, TX 76244-1573 as noted on the payment screen. Any fees not paid by the members will be paid by the Band Boosters.
