Junior and Senior Off-Campus Lunch Privileges Application 2024-2025

ELIGIBILITY
Off-campus lunch privileges are available to juniors and seniors who:
- Have parent/guardian permission
- Are academically eligible (no more than one failing grade)*
- Have an approved application
****Eligibility reports are run Thursday morning and are in effect Friday through Thursday regardless of grade changes during this time that reduce failing grades to less than two.***

GUIDELINES
The following guidelines must be adhered to at all times:
- All PRA school rules must be followed while off campus.
- Students MUST have their physical student IDs to be eligible to leave campus. The 5-Star Students app does not work for scanning in and out for lunch.
- Students MUST scan their IDs in the front office before leaving for lunch and after returning from lunch.
- Going to a car is considered off campus and you must **sign out in the front office and sign back in when returning to the building.**
- The number of drivers and passengers in a vehicle cannot exceed the number of seatbelts.
- Drivers must follow state guidelines and be legally allowed to drive a vehicle and other students.
- Drivers must park in the designated student parking lot.
- Students arriving late to class after being off campus for lunch may have their off campus privileges suspended or revoked.
- Off-campus privileges are subject to the same liability requirements as high school athletics and are in effect Wednesday through the following Tuesday.
- Off-campus privileges may be suspended or revoked by high school administration.
- Any student who drives an ineligible student may lose their privileges and face other disciplinary actions as determined by high school administration.

**PRA administration reserve the right to revoke a student’s off-campus privileges due to academic or behavioral issues.**

- ***Student IDs are required to scan in and out for lunch.***
- ***If you do not have your student ID, you are ineligible to go off campus for lunch. This includes going to your car or any car.***
- ***If your student ID is lost or you do not have your ID, a $5 fee will be charged to your IC account to reprint an ID.***
