It's time for the Jefferson PTG's annual fundraiser- the Jefferson Jog!
OUR 2024 FUNDRAISING GOAL: $20,000
Which can easily be achieved with a goal of each student raising $75!
THE IMPORTANT STUFF:
Students will fundraise via flat donations
The fundraising period will kickoff on April 22nd and continue through May 17th
The fundraising will culminate in the Jefferson Jog which will take place on May 16th at 10:00am at Hart Field
FAQ/Details:
Lemonade stands, selling their unused toys, picking up pinecones, and walking the dog are all great ideas! Encourage them to be creative and take pride in raising money for their school.
This annual fundraiser, planned by the PTG, makes up the majority of our annual budget. The money raised during this event directly benefits students by paying for expenses such as: field trips; events throughout the year (like the Glow Dance, Trunk of Treat, the STEM Expo and the Variety Show); adding new playground equipment, picnic tables and buddy benches; snow removal on the blacktop, and much more!

This super fun event takes place at 10am at the track on Hart Field on 5/16. Each grade has a starting spot and over the course of 1.5(ish) hours, the students run or walk as many laps as they can or want to! There will be live music, water stations, lots of parent volunteers and more.
Yep! The morning of the event, each student will receive a shirt to wear, free of charge.
Our school cafeteria will be having a BBQ right after the Jog, around 11:30! Families are invited to attend and more details will be sent home closer to the event date.
Absolutely! We encourage any parents who are able, to join both the Jog and lunch (or just one if that's better for you!). We will also be sending out a volunteer sign-up as we approach the event date.
Yes! The PTG has worked hard this year to come up with fun prizes for the students. For every $10 that a student raises, they will earn 1 raffle ticket. Each Friday, we will draw multiple names for gift cards to places such as Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Altitude Trampoline Park, Mobius, Get Air and Flying Squirrel. We will also be rewarding individuals, classes and the school as a whole, based on amounts donated and the percentage of students involved. Rewards will include Treat Time with Millie, Extra Recess with Popsicles sponsored by the PTG, Donut Parties, a visit from the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Truck, and more!
This is a community event and we love to partner with local businesses. We have 4 business sponsorship levels and depending on the amount donated, the PTG will do social media shoutouts, hang a vinyl sign with the company logo on 37th Ave for a month, and more. Businesses can donate below using the "Business Sponsor Donation" button, which will also give more detail on the sponsorship levels.
