Dear Hoover Families,
You are invited to our annual Ice Skating Party at Winter Lodge on Friday January 24th, 2025 5:30pm - 7:30pm!
In order to attend, you must have purchased a ticket in advance for both skaters and non-skaters!
PLEASE READ IN FULL:
For everyone from the same household, please try to have the same person buying tickets for everyone. This will be very helpful for our parent volunteers to manage the event!
Tickets are first come first serve basis, and quantity is limited. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refund will be issued.
A skater ticket is $30 which covers entrance fee, skate rental, pizza, and hot chocolate.
If you plan to bring your own skates, please still purchase a skater ticket as Winter Lodge charges based on the number of skaters.
For all skaters, please make sure you fill out the waiver via this link (https://winterlodgeonline.com/fmi/webd/WL%20DB). 1) Click on the purple button labeled "Submit an additional LIABILITY WAIVER Form". 2) Enter the date of the event. 3) Enter the adult's name and the name of each skater. 4) Click the "Acknowledge" button. 5) Click the "Submit" button. Non-skater tickets are free but please purchase early. Due to maximum capacity at the venue, only a limited quantity of these tickets will be available. It covers the entrance fee only. No food will be provided.
Please purchase the Optional Add-On $5 if any non-Skater would like to enjoy food+drink at the party. For planning purposes, the deadline to add on food and drink is Thursday 1/16/25.
If your child is not feeling comfortable on ice you have to skate with your child. Please purchase a skater ticket for yourself. There will be NO assistance on the ice.
Pizza and hot chocolate will be provided, but full meals will NOT be served, so please prepare accordingly.
You are welcome to bring your own food!! We only ask you to please be mindful to clean after yourself.
This is not a drop-off event!!! Children without adult supervision will not be able to enter. Parent supervision needed during all time!
Please don't forget your helmets and gloves.
No tickets will be sold at door!
As always, we're looking for parent volunteers to help out at the event, please sign up on Konstella.
PTA makes NO PROFIT from this event. All the money from ticket sales goes to Winter lodge to cover the entrance fee and towards food. The event is 100% run by parent volunteers who are taking their time from work and family to make this event possible for our community.
