Pay via credit card or check. Credit card payments are subject to convenience fee of 3.59% + $0.59 per transaction. If paying by check, make payable to “Log College HSA” and include reservation name in memo line. Mail checks to Jennifer Greener 380 Bloomfield Rd. Warminster, PA 18974. Returned checks will incur a $20 fee.

All guests at the table will win a prize. Please no glitter or confetti.
Centerpieces must be freestanding and not affixed to walls or hung.
