EXHIBITOR APPLICATION/CONTRACT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING
Vendors will be considered to be “registered” ONLY when the vendor contract and payment have been received AND you have been notified of your booth space by the Event Director. Payments must be paid online at the end of this application.
Cancellations: Notice must be emailed to the Event Director prior to November 27, 2023 to forneylegacyproject@gmail.com and will receive a 50% refund minus any fees. Any cancellations after November 27, 2023 will not be eligible for a refund. Each booth includes space rental and one 8.5 x 11 ID sign. Tables and chairs not included. Any additional furnishings, including tables and chairs needed for booths, must be provided by the exhibitor.
Electricity is available for an additional $10.00. Please mark yes/no on the contract form below. Please bring a long extension cord and a powerstrip.
Set up times - Vendors with 20x10 booths or vendors with approval from the Event Director will be allowed to set up Friday, December 8, 2023 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM, as we have limited time in the school for event set up and vendor set up. Please email the Event Director at forneylegacyproject@gmail.com to be approved to set up Friday, December 8, 2023. All other vendors will be greeted in the parking lot and given your event packet on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 7:00 - 8:00 am. Once you are completely unloaded, you will need to park in the back of the parking lot. Vendors should be completely set up by 8:45 am. Displays should remain intact until the show closes at 3:00 PM. Early tear down creates a sense of closure for the day. An additional fee will be charged in the amount of $15.00.
Vendors may not assign/sublet/re-sell or share any part of their space without written consent of the Event Director.
Marketing and promotional business vendors are acceptable. The Forney Legacy Project reserves the right to refuse service and/or entry to any person or firm.
Only one exhibitor selling a specific label/direct sales company product will be permitted. Vendors will be chosen on a first come first serve basis. Refunds will be given to duplicate vendors.
Food Vendors: Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance to the Holly Jolly Market. Any food vendor must have all documentation (documents attached) filed with the City of Forney Health and Safety. https://www.forneytx.gov/DocumentCenter/View/47/Temporary-Food-Permit---Application-and-Guidelines-PDF?bidId= . We will not file the paperwork for you or contact them on your behalf. Temporary Food Permits must be shown to the event staff at the time of check in and displayed in their booth at all times. In the event your food permit application is not accepted and you can not attend the craft/vendor show, your booth fee will be refunded. Any vendor who displays a company brand item which is not listed on the registration contract will be asked to leave the show with no refund and no inappropriate items should be sold.
