GSNI Fox Valley SU - Spring Camporee 2025 4/26/25

We're inviting troops within the Fox Valley Service Unit to come and camp with your Girl Scout Friends at our Spring Camporee.
LOCATION - Camp Dean: 43W253 Camp Dean Road; Big Rock, IL 60511
DATES - April 26th at 8A - 27th at 11A, 2025

This is an opportunity for you to spend time with your troop at Camp Dean.  Troops can choose to explore camp, work on badges or just play games.  Troops must provide proper ratios of adults to girl scouts.  The camp facilated activities WILL NOT be available.  The service unit will be organizing a Juliette Gordon Low Birthday party Saturday afternoon, Dinner, Bonfire and Night Hike on Saturday evening.  Sunday the service unit will also be providing breakfast.  There also will be a supply list provided to each troop of items they will need for their unit (example: bottled water & cleaning supplies).  Girl Scouts in attendance will receive a fun patch from the event.  Everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to purchase a Camp Dean Flame Patch that goes on the GSNI Bonfire/Camp Patch Series on Sunday of the event.
Individual Girl Scouts with their parents are also invited to attend.Troop Leaders & Individual Girl Scouts with their parents please fill out the RESERVE THIS FIRST form to secure your family spot in one of the lodges along with your individual registrations.

3-4p: All Camp Juliette Gordon Low Birthday Party (organized by Service Unit)

7p: All Camp Bonfire (S'mores provided by Service Unit)
8p: Night Hike & Stargazing
10p: Lights Out
Sunday, 27th
7a: Wake-Up
8a: Breakfast (provided by Service Unit)
9-11a: Troop Time (organized by Troops)
11a: Check-Out
This event is for Girl Scouts of the Fox Valley Service Unit with active memberships.  If you have any questions please contact the Fox Valley Service Unit (gsnifoxvalley@gmail.com).  GSNI Council staff will not be able to answer any questions about this event.

***Registration will close April 18th, 2025 at 11:59pm.  Refunds are not guaranteed and are on the sole discretion of the Fox Valley Service Unit.  No refunds can be issued after the registration has closed.  If you do not attend the event you will not receive a fun patch and there will be no refund issued.  If you have an issue with your registration you must contact the Service Unit to resolve the issue at gsnifoxvalley@gmail.com, GSNI council staff can't help with questions on these events.
TROOP LEADERS: If you would like to pay for your girls to attend with troop funds please contact Lisa Perrault at gsnifoxvalley@gmail.com to setup a discount code for your troop.  When registration closes you will be invoiced for the number of girls who registered.  Your invoice must be paid prior to the start of the event.  If you have outstanding invoices with the Service Unit you will not be issued a discount code.
