The Greater Baltimore Covenant Union is a regional association of clergy in Baltimore City and the five surrounding counties who are committed to organizing informal workers, food insecure families and all those impacted by poverty and wage inequity into congregational units that gather for prayer, voter registration, employment advocacy and peer-run food aid.
