Team Registration (for PARENTS)

To become a member of the FRC #418 Purple Haze robotics team, the following forms must be completed by a parent/guardian. See corresponding due dates. A $250 annual participation fee is also collected several weeks (date TBD) after the following forms are submitted:
Student Registration Information form - due Sept. 9
Media Waiver - due Sept. 9
Handbook Acknowledgement - due Sept. 9
*Shop Waiver - due at start of school, before permitted to work in shop
*Emergency Health Info - due at start of school, before permitted to work in shop
