The purpose of Form B is to declare the number of Members and determine the Dues and Archive Fees to remit. The deadline for submitting Form B is February 1st. Club Dues are paid on Active Members who pay full dues and have full club privileges (ONLY).
Instructions in the Items section:
Select "Dues & Archive Fees for Fully Paid Members" - Enter the Qty of Active members, to determine the costs that includes both the Dues and Archive fees of $2.25/Member (if paid by February 1st, 2025):
Dues (if paid by February 1st) : $2.00/Member
Late Dues (if paid after February 1st): $2.50/Member

Yearly Archive Fees $0.25/Member
Additional questions will be asked, so please have the information available before you complete FORM B on your clubs active Associate Members and active Adopt-A-Moms. Clubs do not pay full club dues for Associate and Adopt-A-Moms.
Dues not paid by May 31st will result in a Club being considered INACTIVE.
Newly Chartered Clubs
The Archives of all Aggie Mothers' Clubs are housed in the Cushing Library on the TAMU Campus. If you are a new club, chartered between February 2, 2024 to February 1, 2025, an Archive Startup Fee is due as a a ONE-TIME ONLY FEE of $30 (for 100 members or less). If your newly chartered Club has more than 100 members, please send information via email to Treasurer@AggieMoms.org Payment Options at checkout**: We are not accepting LIVE checks, as there is a ECheck payment option for $ 0.95 that allows for Clubs to electronically submit payment using your check information.
Note: Please have your Checking account and routing number information available at checkout, and select ECheck for payment.
To complete the submission process, Club must:
