Franklin Granville Vance Smart Start will be hosting its 14th Annual Ducky Derby on Saturday, September 16, 2023. The Ducky Derby Race will start promptly at 2 pm. Garnett Street will be flooded with a river of rubber ducks to raise funds to support services for families with children ages 0-5. One lucky duck will win $1,000.
