Parr Elementary Fall Festival Vendor Booth Registration

The Parr Elementary Fall Festival, "A Frightfully Fun Night", is happening on Saturday, October 14 from 5:00-8:30 p.m.! We are inviting small businesses to come out as vendors for the event.‎



**VENDOR OPTIONS:**‎

8' x 10' Booth - $65.00‎



DEADLINE FOR VENDORS TO REGISTER: October 1, 2023‎



**RULES & REGULATIONS:**‎

  1. Only one booth per business type will be allowed. Duplicates will be approved at the discretion of the Vendor Chair.‎
  2. All booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of fee payment.‎
  3. Setup and display items, as well as sales tax are the responsibility of the vendor. No part of the display may extend beyond the marked limits of the booth. The space alloted is the amount covered by the registration fee.‎
  4. Booth space does not come with table or display stands. Vendors may bring in and take out any and all display needs. Setup may begin at 4:15. Take down must be completed by 9:00. There are a limited number of electrical outlets available by request.‎
  5. There will be no refunds for no shows.‎
  6. Vendors agree to relieve sponsor, Ralph Parr Elementary PTA, Ralph Parr Elementary, and Clear Creek Independent School District of any and all liability from fire, theft, or accident of any cause. All property brought on to school property by the vendor will be the risk and responsibility of the vendor.‎
  7. No smoking, tobacco, or acoholic beverages are allowed on school grounds.‎
