Every year CFMS PTSA sponsors fundraisers to help pay for activities, supplies, resources, etc. not covered by the district.
The OPT OUT fundraiser is perfect for families looking to contribute to the PTSA but don’t have the time to participate in traditional fundraisers.
Fundraising information will still come out, but you can feel comfortable knowing you’ve already financially supported your school by
OPTING OUT.
By donating at least $15 per student, it will help us achieve our goal of $9,000 to support students & staff at CFMS
Your Donation helps with academic grants, cultural arts day, Veteran’s day, reality day, turkey trot, school dances, 8th grade t-shirts, reflections art program, 5th grade social, science fair, scholarships, staff appreciation, and more.

$20 - I don’t want to ask friends and family for money. Here is the money I would have spent on cookie dough.
$50 - I don’t want to walk, run, or swim in any “thon”. Here is the money I would have spent on a sponsorship and earned a “free t-shirt”
$75 - I don’t want to ask any local businesses to sponsor a basket for a silent auction. Here is the money I would have spent on raffle basket tickets.
$100 - I really don’t have time to volunteer anyway. Here is my absentee donation for the year.
$____ - Here is my donation to express my gratitude for not having to make, buy, or sell anything other than filling out this paper.
$____ - Here is an additional donation from grandparents/neighbors/other family members who want to help make CFMS even more amazing.
When donating:
-For every $5 donated per student, their name will be entered into a grade level drawing for a gift card prize or to be ‘principal for the day.’
-Top donors in each grade level will also receive a gift card or be ‘principal for the day.’
-Meeting our $9,000 goal, several members of the CFMS staff will get a pie-in-the-face!
*A small processing fee will be charged for online donations. To avoid additional fees, cash and checks are accepted.
