How do we build teams and communities where all people feel a sense of belonging? Becoming an inclusive community requires an understanding of culture – starting with our own culture! This fun, interactive workshop is designed to help you understand, interpret, and respond to the culturally defined behaviors of others. With a little diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training, you will be better equipped to build a community where humanity is honored and diversity is celebrated!
