It is a long-standing tradition at St. Luke School for students in 2nd-8th grade to have a simple meal of soup, bread, and milk for lunch on Ash Wednesday, 3/2/22. This is the only meal that the cafeteria will serve on Ash Wednesday. Students are asked to donate $3.50 towards the cost of the meal; lunch cards will not be used for the Ash Wednesday meal. Students in Pre-K through 1st grade are asked to pack a sack lunch on Ash Wednesday. Proceeds from the Ash Wednesday meal will be donated to a charity.
In an effort to minimize contact, donations will only be collected online. Please do not send cash with students. Payments will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 3/2/22.
