Albertson Golf Outing Volunteers
We need your help to make our upcoming Club Golfing Outing a huge success! Whether you’re experienced or just eager to lend a hand, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities to get involved. Your support will help us raise funds for the soccer club while creating a fun and memorable experience for all participants. Below are volunteer roles we are looking for help in :
1. Raffle Donations CollectionHelp us gather amazing items for our raffle! Volunteers will reach out to local businesses and individuals to request donations for the raffle prizes.
2. Sponsorships and Donations CollectionAssist in securing event sponsorships and donations. Volunteers will work with local businesses and community members to gain support for the event, ensuring the outing is well-funded.
3. Marketing & Promotional VolunteersHelp us spread the word! Volunteers will assist in promoting the event through marketing and word-of-mouth. Your efforts will help increase attendance and support for the outing.
4. Raffle WrappingJoin us in preparing for the big day by wrapping and organizing raffle prizes! Volunteers will help ensure everything is ready and beautifully presented for the event.
5. Event Day On-Course ActivitiesOn the day of the outing, volunteers will assist with on-course activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the golfers. This includes supporting various hole challenges, helping out with contests, helping golfers with questions, and making sure everyone is having a great time!
6. Silent Auction AssistanceHelp out with setting up and managing the silent auction on event day. Volunteers will assist with organizing bids, tracking winners, and making sure everything is ready for the participants to enjoy.
7. Raffle SetupHelp us set up the raffle station on the day of the event! Volunteers will organize raffle tickets, display prizes, and ensure everything is set up for a smooth and successful raffle during the outing.
