5th Grade End of Year Activities Fundraising

**We've reached your student's final year of elementary school!**‎
At the end of each year, the students celebrate this milestone with their teachers and classmates.‎
A field trip, in school enrichment program, class shirts, yearbook signing, and an afternoon of fun are all part of the celebration. The NWES PTO graciously contributes about 50% of the costs - but that still leaves 50% of the costs to be paid for.‎
Instead of waiting until the end of the year we are trying something new this year.  We are doing 5th grade specific fundraising to help offset these end of year costs - such as hosting a concession stand during STEM Night on February 17th, recieving a portion of ticket sales of Harlem Globetrotter Ticket Sales though our link, and a 5th grade specific walkathon in March.‎

GOALS: The following goals are in place‎
$1,500 raised (approx. $14/student) = Class shirt & yearbook for each 5th Grader‎
$3,000 raised (approx. $28/student) = Class shirt, yearbook, and Chunky’s trip‎
$5,000 raised (approx. $46/student) = Class shirt, yearbook, Chunky’s trip, and portion of Aquarium field trip not covered by PTO budget‎

Thank you in advance for your support of our 5th graders.  Please note that if these goals are not reached in advance, there may be additional out of pocket costs at the end of the year for these events.  In addition, if we exceed our goals any money not needed for this year's 5th grade activities will be passed onto the PTO for next year's 5th graders.‎
