Dear Yorkshire Place Homeowner,
This is your notification for the 2025 Yorkshire Place Home Owner Association Dues.
2025 dues are $115.00 and due by March 31, 2025.
Following approval at the Yorkshire Place Homeowners Association Annual Board Meeting in January of 2025, approval was made to change the late fees from $10.00 to $25.00 for each month after the due date.
In 2025 all homeowners will receive a paper copy as not all emails in our records are current. Only one payment method is required and you may choose to pay electronically via Cheddar Up or by check through the mail. If paying by Cheddar Up, the homeowners association will not cover credit card fees, but will cover eCheck fees in 2025 and intend to continue this practice in future years.

Additionally, we ask homeowners to make a voluntary $25 contribution to help complete the mailbox project for the whole subdivision. This is not required.
