Program Information:
Become a Guest Reader This Summer! Help Inspire a Love of Reading
We invite you to join our Guest Reader Program during our morning Harambee time and help inspire young minds through the joy of storytelling!
About the Program: As a Guest Reader, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with students by reading aloud during our daily Harambee gathering. This enriching experience gives children the chance to meet positive role models from the community while fostering a love for reading and learning. Past guest readers have included doctors, TV and radio personalities, small business owners, politicians, and many more—each leaving a lasting impact.
Why Join? Guest Readers help broaden students’ literary horizons by introducing them to diverse genres, authors, and real-world connections. Your visit could spark meaningful conversations about careers, community service, and the power of storytelling.
