Time change! This year our meetings will start promptly at 6:30pm.
A parent/guardian from every family is required to volunteer. This is not a weekly requirement although a weekly commitment is greatly appreciated.
Troop dues only cover a small portion of our program costs. Each family is responsible for fundraising $250 or paying the difference.

Uniforms/Dress Code
Uniforms are required as it represents the American Heritage Girl and brings unity the same way any athletic team or professional wears a uniform to represent who they are.
Class A Uniform: Vest with neckerchief or sash with correct polo shirt and bottoms
Tops: White polo shirt for all Tenderhearts, Explorers, and Pioneers; Red polo top for Patriots
Bottoms: Khaki or navy uniform style bottoms (pants, skirts, or shorts), blue jeans or denim bermuda shorts with no holes or rips
Shoes: Closed-toe shoes

Costs
Troop dues: $150 per girl
AHG national dues: $40 per girl and $40 per registered adult on AHGFamily.org
Uniform and handbook purchase as needed

**What is a registered adult?**
Registered Adults are biological women and men identifying with their biological sex at birth, 21 years or older, of any color, race, national origin and socioeconomic status who agree to live according to AHG’s Statement of Faith, Oath and Creed and receives the approval of a Charter Organization’s appointed Charter Representative after the submission of a membership application, successful background check, payment of fees and completion of AHG’s KEYS to Child Safety Training (online).
Having a sufficient number of Registered Adults at meetings allows us greater flexibility for the units while meeting the “2 Deep” rule (2 adults with a group of children at all times). Registered Adults are not required to teach or lead an activity, but need to be aware of safety protocols at all times and work diligently to ensure our members are safe and secure at all times.
**** ***All adults who wish to attend any overnights must be a Registered Adult and have completed their background check and youth protection training (online).***
