_The music department in the Denison Community School District has built a reputation as one of the best in the state. Our music department offers a wide range of opportunities for music performance and growth to all K-12 students, thanks to the work of supportive administration and school board members, along with a collaboration between the outstanding music staff and the Denison Music Boosters._
With your help, the Denison Music Boosters will continue to help bolster the K-12 Music Department by offering financial assistance for:
Show Choir and Mariachi uniforms
Costumes and props for musicals and elementary programs
Scholarships for students pursuing music in college
Travel and other expenses for honor bands and choirs
Bringing in clinicians from around the nation to work with Denison students
***This year, we are also partnering with the Monarch Athletic Boosters to purchase a new set of uniforms for the Monarch Marching Band (MMB).***
Please consider joining or renewing at whichever level you are most comfortable with. If you feel that you’d like to support the Monarch Marching Band specifically, also consider giving a small extra donation to be earmarked for the new MMB uniforms.
_All Music Booster members will be listed in the music programs, as well as displayed on the video board outside of the DHS Fine Arts Center lobby._
