Please help support the annual North Star Elementary carnival. This is the PTA's biggest fundraiser of the year, and we need your help to make it a HUGE success!
We are asking for donations that will be used to purchase the items for the 25 themed baskets.
Each student in the top earning classroom from each grade will win ten (10) carnival tickets!
If you are making a donation on behalf of multiple students, please specify their names, classrooms, and amounts allotted on the attached form.
