The Somerville High School Parent Teacher Organization (SHSPTO) is a 501c3 nonprofit aimed at enhancing the experience of students and teachers. We coordinate traditional activities that focus on recognizing achievements, showing appreciation, boosting school spirit, and promoting community engagement.

Board Members & Program Coordinators

An executive board is essential for the SHS PTO to maintain our status as a 501c3 non-profit. The PTO oversees several popular programs at SHS, including freshman welcome shirts, the teacher appreciation luncheon, Balloons in June, and Project Graduation. We invite you to help preserve these traditions for the younger students at SHS. The exiting board members are all parents of seniors, making this the perfect time for new parents to observe the process while we are still accessible.
