The DCE PTO does not offer refunds for events once the listed purchase date has passed. There are no refunds due to weather or inability to attend.
The DCE PTO does not offer refunds on Spirit Wear but will make exchanges on items that are damaged at the time of purchase when inventory allows.
There are no refunds on donations or membership fees.
