PTSO is the Indian Hills High School Parents, Teachers, and Students Organization. We are a nonprofit, tax exempt organization that works to enhance opportunities for our students, staff and teachers. We are led by parent volunteers, an Executive Board, and operate as a separate entity from the Board of Education and Administration. Our goal is to promote a fun, warm, and welcoming environment for all members of the Indian Hills Community.
Your membership fee ($30/year per family) supports….
Students
Community enrichment experiences throughout the year such as Pep Rallies, Deck the Hills, Hillsapalloosa and Pop-ups.
Supporting Counseling and Wellness Departments’ events for students ie. college panels and career speakers.
PTSO scholarships for graduating seniors with 2+ years of PTSO Membership
Graduation celebration for seniors
Teachers & Staff
Enhancing the teacher lounge and providing a monthly coffee bar
Back-to-school luncheon for all staff with Ramapo.
First day of school breakfast for all staff
Offering grants to teacher to provide funding for field trips, clubs and classroom activities.
