Welcome to the 2025 Widows Sons State Rally - Solomons Builders Registration Page. We want to encourage everyone to stay on the property. Staying on the property puts you right in the heart of the action, ensuring you don't miss a moment of fun! Also staying on the property creates a vibrant atmosphere where you can connect with fellow Widows Sons Members & Ladies. We are looking forward to hosting an amazing event and are thrilled to provide you an unforgettable experience.
Date and Time:
July 17-July 20th 2025. Registration begins on July 17th at 5:00pm
Location:
Ohio Valley Antique Machinery Fairgrounds 8803 Winfield Dr. Georgetown, Ohio 45121
Registration:
Registration will be $80 per person. This will include a wrist band, T-Shirt, and dinner on Saturday.
Lodging:
The fairgrounds have 120 spots for RV's and all include water and electric. We have secured a service that will pump out RV's on Sunday for $35.00. There is additional space for Tent Camping and Glamping. Glamping offers the ultimate motorcycle convenience - simply arrive, unpack, and enjoy the experience without having to set up or tear down. If you haven't heard of this before, I encourage you to click on the Glamping Rental link to learn all that is included. When registering to stay on site, it requires you to enter your Chapter's name and we will be grouping each chapter together.
To ensure everyone's safety and well-being, we encourage all attendees to stay at the host hotels. We additionally encourage staying on the property due to some of the lodging options being located further away and require navigating less familiar roads. We will be providing complimentary transportation to and from the rally site for guests staying at host cabins and hotels.
Rentals:
Glamping Rental - Cut off to reserve a glamping site is 7/14/2025. The price for the glamping package is for the entire cost of the weekend. Glamping Sites will be ready by Thursday Evening, so book a site and get your full money's worth!!
Host Lodging:
Bailey's Bed and Breakfast 112 N. Water Street Georgetown, Ohio 45121 937-378-3087 This is small location and only offers 4 rooms. I have reserved room under the name Widows Sons and the price is $60 a night.
Country Inn & Suites 100 Leininger St. Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154 937-444-6666 https://countrysideinnandsuites.net A room block of 30 rooms have been reserved. You will have to call the hotel directly to reserve your room. Group Name that will need to be provided when making the reservation is Widows Sons and rates are $100 per night. Room Block will expire on 4/1/2025.
Cabins: Flash Lodge - 6 bedrooms, 20 beds, and 5 bathrooms Pamela's Diamond - 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom Big Mike's Cabin - Studio, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom Tom & Jerri's - 1 bedroom, 4 beds, and 1 bathroom Long Branch Cabin - Studio, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom

Band on Friday night, live DJ for remainder of the event, food trucks, bike games, scavenger hunt, beverages available for purchase, dinner on Saturday, non-denominal church service, silent autions, raffles, and vendors (a vendor list will be published as vendors are secured).
