Spring Kiddie Kloset Sale

The WECPTA Kiddie Kloset is the resale of gently used baby, children and maternity clothing, children/baby furniture, toys, games and miscellaneous items. Vendors price and sell their own items and keep all the profits. Table spaces go quickly so send your registration in as soon as possible!
COST: WECPTA Members $20/space
Non-members $30/space (if space available)
Merchant Vendors $30/space (if space available)
Big Item Sales $10/up to 4 items
SPACES: Everyone WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN TABLES. Your selling space will be approximately 8’ x 8’. All tables and clothing racks must fit into your space. Cribs and beds cannot be assembled.
BIG ITEM AREA: We will again have a BIG Item Area at the sale with a limit of 2 items per space. Additional details to follow in the Seller Information Packet.
*NEW OPTION* There is an option to sell big items only at a rate of $10 for 4 items. You will set prices for the items at setup on Friday and collect any proceeds after the sale.

Sale Day: Saturday March 23, 2019
Sellers start checking in at 7:00 a.m.
Early Bird Shopping 8:00 a.m. ($5 admission) 9:00 a.m. – Noon ($1 admission)
Your space is not reserved until your payment is received. If your payment is not received in person, you will receive confirmation via email once your space/table is reserved. Table/space sales are on a first come, first serve basis. Space reservations are non-refundable. Please check your calendar before reserving a space. A detailed Seller Information Packet will be provided VIA EMAIL prior to the sale. Nonmembers will be required to bring a baked good item that will be assigned in the Seller Information Packet. Please remember to be courteous and respectful of the WECPTA volunteers who planned this event as well as your fellow sellers.
Spaces will go on sale to all WECPTA Members at the January 8 WECPTA meeting, followed by nonmembers and merchant vendors January 9.
