Dear Wheaton Academy Families,
Allow us to introduce ourselves, we are the WA Appreciation Team. Our team is made of a group of parents who desire to encourage, bless, and appreciate our faculty and staff at 2 specific times during the year. First, during Finals Week in December we treat the faculty and staff to hot chocolate, donuts, and gift cards, and then we host an Appreciation Luncheon in April to honor and thank everyone for a fantastic school year. It is only possible to provide these wonderful events on behalf of ALL of you because of your generous gifts. We ask for sponsorship in the Fall for the Christmas event and in late Winter/early Spring for the Appreciation Luncheon.
THANK YOU to the families who helped us make the December event possible! We received many cards from faculty & staff thanking us for remembering them at Christmas and what an encouragement it was for them. Everyone was so blessed by this special treat.
We are now preparing, planning and deciding the menu for the Spring Appreciation Luncheon. Might you consider sponsoring a Faculty/Staff member for the Appreciation Luncheon on April 22nd?
$25 would bless one person
$100 would bless 4 faculty and staff members
$200 would bless 8 faculty and staff members
and so on... No amount is too small or too large to consider. Your generosity in ++any++ amount is sincerely appreciated.
We have set up a secure and safe way for you to contribute funds towards these events. These funds are not considered a part of Wheaton Academy and are not tax-deductible. This is a completely optional collection. Thank you for your consideration and please read the WA Weekly for updates and opportunities to volunteer alongside our team during these 2 special events.
