Dear Parents,
Our season is well underway and we have a few items that we need family donations to cover. Please note that your contribution or donation is completely VOLUNTARY.
We are asking for a donation of $10 to 25 per family to cover the costs for these items but feel free to give what you can.
For transparency, we are outlining the items that the money will be used for below:
Dig Pink Match- Oct 13th (Budgeted amount $120)
Get your PINK outfits ready- October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! The 3 squads are planning a Dig Pink match where they will raise awareness about breast cancer. See the link above to learn more!
Monies will be used for pink decorations for the gym, gifts for breast cancer survivors in attendance
Senior Night- October 25 (Budgeted amount $100 for decor and $120 for gifts for 3 seniors)
This is a special night to honor the senior volleyball athletes for the season. The parents and the athlete are called out on to the court at the beginning of the match. A brief "bio" is read for each student. Gifts or small tokens are given to each senior to celebrate their accomplishments. In addition, the underclassmen on the Freshman, JV and Varsity teams work together to decorate the gym and assist with the ceremony.
To make the occasion festive and memorable, we are collecting funds to purchase, balloons/streamers/party décor , poster board/paint/markers, senior sashes
End of Season Coaches Gifts- Present at final game of the season (Budgeted amount $200; $50 per coach)
Raider Roast Basket - Spring 2023 at the Boosters Raider Roast (Budgeted amount $75)
