This is our largest annual fundraiser - The Troop 39 Annual BBQ!
Scout leaders, parents, vendors, volunteers and of course Scouts all have a hand in splitting, moving, and stacking wood for the bbq pits! There’s also plenty of work in planning, printing tickets, selling BBQ, making and bottling sauces, organizing product, people and projects, cooking, cleaning, building the parking lot sized smoker, stoking fires, and more!
We smoked 6500lbs of BBQ this year and had an excellent yeild. We still have a few hundred pounds frozen and ready to sell.
