We are excited to offer The Summer Enrichment Program on site. It is designed to incorporate fun with learning this summer. The program supports incoming 1st thru 4th grade students in the areas of reading and math. Reading instruction will include decoding and comprehension for students entering 1st grade. Other grades will focus on fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and nonfiction strategies. The math curriculum will target math facts, word problems, and build a stronger foundation to prepare your child for the coming school year.
Spots are limited in order to provide small group and individualized instruction. High school students interested in tutoring provide additional support in the classroom.
There will be 2 weekly sessions with Session 2 building on Session 1. Your child may be signed up for either one or both sessions; however, it is not required to attend both. Instruction is from 9 am to 12 pm. Session 1 is from May 31-June 3 and Session 2 is from June 6-9. Students may dress comfortably and bring their own snack. They can also look forward to spending time with friends during recess.
If you are interested in your child attending this program, please fill out the registration form. There is a nonrefundable registration fee of $40 toward the purchase of supplies and instructional materials due at the time of registration. Please use Cheddar Up to pay for the registration fee.
**The cost for each week is $150 and this total is due by May 16. **Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing your child this summer!
