Welcome back to the 2023/24 school year!
Your Stevenson Ranch Elementary PTO is looking forward to another great year supporting our wonderful school community. PTO partners with the school to provide enriching programs, educationally driven activities, and family fun events. To make these programs successful, we need the financial support of our Wrangler families.
Why do we need families to donate?
Our school is not fully funded to cover the costs of these extra activities and programs that help make Stevenson Ranch so great. PTO prides itself on the number of programs, events, and activities that it sponsors for our school every year. The additional funds for these extra activities come from our Wrangler families, and we need to raise $200 per family to hit our school goal of $85,000.
This is a direct drive fundraiser. Direct drive fundraisers are awesome because you DON’T have to sell cookies, chocolate bars, or wrapping paper. Your donation, and those from your friends, family, and companies, all go directly to support SRE with no overhead from another company. Donations are 100% tax deductible and go directly to SRE PTO.
Where does your $200 go?
$ 50 – Family & Social Events Wrangler Festival, Movie Night, Trunk or Treat, Family Dance, 6th Grade Promotion, and more.
$ 48 – Innovations Program & Intervention Teachers
$ 38 – Field Trips: Provides transportation, admission costs and additional staff if needed.
$ 22 – Academic Programs & Activities: Science Fair, Math Olympiad, Art Appreciation, Assemblies and more.
$ 20 – Teachers & Staff: PTO reimburses teachers for out-of-pocket purchases, $175 per teacher and funds a week long staff appreciation week.
$ 14 – Special Projects: A reserved fund for projects to better the school; parking lot signs & campus beautification.
$ 8 – School Safety & Wellness: Disaster preparedness, community service projects, wellness room purchases & kindness week.
