All proceeds benefit our furry + feathered friends at the CES Barn! Flavors include Angel Food, Strawberry Extreme, and Caribbean Way. Smoothie King smoothies are delivered on the CBC campus only. Orders are available as an semi-annual package (Mar - April) or individually per month. Please check your student's school calendar for any conflicting dates. You can pay by card or e-check online, or send cash or check in with your student but all orders must be placed here. Details at check out. Please complete one form per student.
